With a strong foundation in Advanced Computer Networks, Telecommunication Technologies, Data Centers, Security Systems, and Digital forensics, Richard has established himself as a leader in technology solutions across multiple industries.
Before founding Hardric Engineering, Richard gained invaluable experience working with leading organizations like Creator Digital, Teledata, Maraison and IBM. These roles equipped him with the expertise to design and implement robust, secure networks now operational in Ghana, Russia, Uganda, Nigeria, and the UAE.
As a former IBM professional, Richard upholds ethical practices, emphasizing compliance, strategic resource utilization, and innovative thinking. His mission is to make technology accessible and affordable, fostering global collaborations to drive impactful technological advancements.
